& Techarea is looking to recruit a Data Scientist - ML Engineer.

What you will do: Understand the context of the projects in terms of products, processes, and ways-of-working; Design different approaches to the Data Science challenges in question; Interpreting model results and explaining in business language the choices made and the potential impact of the models adopted; Develop and implement Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models to solve complex problems; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate Data Science solutions into business processes; Monitor and optimize the performance of models in production; Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence; Document processes and results in a clear and accessible way for different stakeholders. Employment type: Full-Time

What are we looking for: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data engineering, Computer engineering, Data science and advanced analytics, Information management, or a related field; Up to 3 years of professional experience in:
Designing Data Science projects, analyzing different approaches, and implementing them; Working in multi-disciplinary teams related to Data Science projects; Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role involves explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
