We are looking to hire a data scientist with +2 years of professional experience in similar jobs to integrate our Intelligent Customer Service while building a software solution to transform user experience in an omnichannel context and focusing on the self-service channel. This project aims to leverage and transform institutions' support services by introducing Artificial Intelligence cross channels.
Main requirements Required Competences:
MSc degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.  Demonstrated solid mathematical foundations and statistical consultancy, business sense, being able to quickly understand the use cases we are working on.  Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, etc. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, and natural language processing. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Familiarity with data engineering, modeling, and business analysis. Good communication skills. Nice to have Preferential Competencies:  Experience with Information Retrieval and LLMs. Knowledge in Sentence Transformers, FastAPI. Knowledge of technologies such as OpenSearch. Knowledge of cloud tools such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
