As a Data Scientist Lead at Leadzai, you will contribute to guarantee we use AI to increase the value of Leadzai's product.
As a Data Scientist Lead, some of your responsibilities will be: Manage and lead a team of outstanding Data Scientists: overseeing project assignments daily activities professional development. Lead the deployment of machine learning models into production environments, ensuring models are scalable, robust, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning projects: data extracting, gathering and model development to deployment and maintenance Work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and align machine learning strategies with business objectives. Develop and implement career plans and set clear performance objectives for team members. Main requirements 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, either research or development. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists. Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong capacity of Time and Priorities Management. Strong knowledge of English, written and spoken. Nice to have Knowledge of the Digital Marketing Business.
