Euronext Corporate Services already serves more than 4,500+ clients including over 1000 listed companies, private companies, advisors and public organisations. Compliance services: our ComplyLog products helps companies simplify their EU regulatory duties, speed up workflows and ensure compliance by automating the management of inside information and insider lists for both issuers and their professional advisors ensuring compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

Role and Key Accountabilities
As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights, developing predictive models, and contributing to the overall data strategy. The accountability includes:

Lead and manage data science projects from concept to deployment.
Be hands-on to build and maintain the data platform from the pipeline itself to the documentation, dictionary, and critical support processes.
Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches.
Develop, test, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
Own the process of gathering, extracting, and compiling data across sources via relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python). Independently format, re-structure, and/or validate data to ensure quality, and review the dataset to ensure it is ready for analysis.
Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and the presentation of data to develop strategies for our products.
Mentor other data engineers, drive excellency and software craftsmanship within the team and across the organization.
Establish a data-driven culture by driving the definition, tracking, and operationalizing of metrics.
Develop data visualizations and socialize dashboards, reports, and other ways of enabling the team and company to answer product data questions in a self-serve way.
Partner with other data scientists across the company to share knowledge and continually synthesize learnings across the organization.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Knowledge, Personality, Skills and Experience Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in data science, dba role or related field.
Excellent understanding of relational databases and NoSQL databases, performance tuning and database optimization.
Expertise in data integration techniques, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and data synchronization.
Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Proven hands-on programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Excellent understanding of Column-Store RDBMS (DataBricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Vertica, Clickhouse).
Extensive knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and data privacy regulations.
Demonstrated ability to handle large datasets and perform data wrangling.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, Fluency in English.
