Monitor and coordinate the implementation of recommendations and local initiatives Build relevant data-driven insights and analyses to prepare and support business andoperation decisions.Communicate and present the conclusions of your analysis to other departments of the company through different forms (reports, dashboards, presentations) Define relevant KPls to monitor performance and build dashboards. Identify use cases that bring value to the regions' operational platforms,Manage an AI project from start to the end. From identification of the needs to industrialization. This means framing the project, setting objectives and deliverables,monitoring IT & AI developments and governance, and ensuring that milestones are met.Make the link between all the stakeholders in the ecosystem of a project (IT, Business, Data Scientists, etc.) Lead a community within PCMO across regions in order to promote the replication of use cases and acculturation.
