Why this job is important
Join our Data Governance, Reporting & Analytics Centre of Excellence (DGR&A CoE) team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of Kantar's data assets. You'll support the implementation of our Data Governance strategy, enhancing data quality and ensuring well-managed data across all business units.
What you'll be doing
Conduct data quality assessments and audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain data quality metrics, dashboards, and reports.
Collaborate with data owners and stewards to resolve data quality issues.
Assist in developing and implementing data quality frameworks and processes.
Support the integration of advanced data management tools and technologies.
The skills & experience needed as Data Quality Analyst
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or data analytics, preferably within a finance environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and familiarity with data governance frameworks. Experience with Microsoft Purview is a plus.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensuring data accuracy and quality.
