We're looking for people who seek out and embrace diverse perspectives, who value differences, and team inclusively to build safety and trust.Qualifications:Degree in a related field and 2-5 years of related work experience.Experience at this level in industry or consultancy experience in the Portuguese market.Knowledge and understanding of the core data privacy principles and data/information lifecycle (e.g., notice, consent, data collection, data use, retention, disposal, security for privacy, disclosures to third parties, data integrity, and monitoring).Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements and compliance issues affecting clients related to privacy and data protection.Track record in supporting the delivery of significant Data Privacy and Data Protection programs.Ideally, you'll also haveProfessional Certifications such as Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar credentials in data protection and privacy.Demonstrated experience or knowledge in the following areas:Privacy and data governancePrivacy policy creation or reviewConsumer/Data Subject RightsPrivacy by Design conceptsPrivacy, protection, and information governance data discovery tools (e.g., BigID, OneTrust)Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.Basic understanding of information technology and cybersecurity related issues.Experience writing business and functional requirements with specifications, including strong documentation skills.Prior business experience working communicating with project stakeholders and balancing business needs with tailored solutions.What we look forHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
