As a Data Protection and Compliance Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other key privacy laws, safeguarding both data and reputation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead data protection efforts and ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA.
Develop and manage a comprehensive compliance program.
Conduct audits, assess risks, and provide solutions.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and collaborate across teams.
Report directly to the General Counsel on compliance status.
Qualifications: Bachelor's in Law (Master's preferred) with expertise in data protection laws.
Proven experience in compliance and risk management.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
