Data Processing Specialist

We are seeking a Data Processing Specialist (Excel) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career, looking to grow in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze data using Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions. Provide file specifications to ensure data files meet insurance carrier requirements. Review data files to ensure accuracy and work with customers to correct discrepancies. Support clients with ongoing renewals, system updates, and file configurations. Monitor and maintain the daily file transmission schedule. Troubleshoot and resolve errors in data files. Implement and test new EDI connections for seamless data feeds. Manage the vendor interface process for timely data transmission and discrepancy resolution. Work within the Employee Navigator Benefit Admin system for data file updates and system configurations. Train clients on new systems and processes as needed. Respond promptly to client inquiries, issues, and requests. Requirements: Proficiency in Excel, especially with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. Experience working with large data sets and ensuring accuracy. Basic knowledge of Data Science is a plus. Familiarity with SQL is an advantage. Previous experience working with Employee Navigator or similar systems is preferred. Strong English communication skills (B2+ level). What We Offer: Remote work with provided equipment.
