What you can expect Teleperformance Portugal is seeking a dedicated Data Privacy Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the implementation of Data Privacy projects and ensuring compliance with GDPR policies, contractual obligations, and fraud risk standards. Your expertise will help foster a strong Data Privacy culture within the organization.
What you'll do Support the deployment of GDPR initiatives and promote a culture of Data Privacy across the organization; Assist in the local privacy monitoring program to ensure compliance and mitigate risks; Collect and maintain evidence related to data privacy activities; Ensure that the Records of Processing (ROPs) are consistently updated and accurate; Oversee compliance with all Teleperformance processes, procedures, and policies, including GDPR, Global Essential Compliance (GECSP), and Information Security Policies; Collaborate with the Country Privacy Lead (CPL) to ensure alignment with the Teleperformance Group Global Privacy Program; Identify potential risks and areas for improvement in Data Privacy policies and processes; Actively contribute to project outcomes with initiative and a proactive approach; Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance project results and drive success across Teleperformance Portugal. What you'll need Bachelor's degree in law, Information Technology, Data Privacy, or a related field (preferred); Portuguese Native and B2 English; Previous experience in data privacy, compliance, or a related area is preferred; Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and across multiple departments; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
