Travel Shaper, the Smart Travel App for travel enthusiasts, is looking for a Data Entry / Contract Loader (m/f) to support its launch. This position offers a hybrid work model based in Lisbon. As a key member of the team, you will handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including the accurate loading and maintenance of Hotel, Activities, and Transportation Contracts, as well as Special Offers, Product Proposals, and other contracting-related duties. In alignment with our product strategy, this role will involve researching new products and fostering relationships with both new and existing suppliers. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure all supplier contracts are current and well-maintained, investigating any discrepancies. * Input various data, including destination geotrees, contract rates, conditions, and allotments, into the in-house database. * Manage and maintain incoming and internal product information (contracts, special offers, supplier details, etc.). * Research potential new products in Portugal and Spain and conduct competitor analysis as needed. * Support the development of relationships with a diverse range of suppliers. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a Tour Operator, DMC, Travel, or Hotel environment, or recent graduate in a related field. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Fluency in written and spoken French, English, and Spanish. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Required Skills: * Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ideally with experience as an Administrator or Data Loader. * Proven data entry skills. * Ability to interpret supplier contracts effectively. * Strong communication abilities. * Team player with good numeracy skills.
