* Ensure all supplier contracts are current and well-maintained, investigating any discrepancies.
* Input various data, including destination geotrees, contract rates, conditions, and allotments, into the in-house database.
* Manage and maintain incoming and internal product information (contracts, special offers, supplier details, etc.).
* Research potential new products in Portugal and Spain and conduct competitor analysis as needed.
* Support the development of relationships with a diverse range of suppliers.
Required Skills:
* Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ideally with experience as an Administrator or Data Loader.
* Proven data entry skills.
* Ability to interpret supplier contracts effectively.
* Strong communication abilities.
* Team player with good numeracy skills.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a Tour Operator, DMC, Travel, or Hotel environment, or recent graduate in a related field.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Fluency in written and spoken French, English, and Spanish.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
