As a Data Engineering Manager within our Data & AI Practice, you'll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our client's business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. You'll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in complex deliveries, and contribute to shape the strategic direction around data architecture. Responsibilities:
Guide and support your team, whether at home or around the world, to provide successful and accessible data analytics that solve world problems.
Map data and analytics.
Perform data profiling, cataloguing and mapping to enable the design and build of technical data flows.
Use proven methods to solve business problems using Azure Data and Analytics services in combination with building data pipelines, data streams and system integration.
Demonstrate knowledge of multiple Azure data applications.
Prepare data for and build pipelines and architecture.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Analyze current business practices, processes and procedures to spot future opportunities.
Assess client needs to create bespoke data design services.
Create the building blocks for transforming enterprise data solutions.
Design and build modern data pipelines, data streams, and data service Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
Create the architectures, data warehouses and databases that support access and Advanced Analytics, and bring them to life through modern visualization tools.
Qualifications:
More than 5 years of prior related work experience.
Comfortable making decisions and guiding colleagues.
Analytical, curious, and agile.
Team player and good communicator.
Problem-solver with a patient and innovative mindset.
Self-motivating.
