Job Summary Keyrus is looking for a Data Engineer. The ideal candidate embodies technical prowess in creating data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric, coupled with a fervent commitment to making every piece of data matter.

As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and systems on Microsoft Fabric to support analytics, reporting, and data science initiatives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance, enabling business teams to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines in Microsoft FabricImplement data ingestion, transformation, and integration workflows using Fabric components such as Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines, and Synapse Data WarehouseOptimize and monitor data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-effectivenessWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality data solutionsEnsure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational policiesPerform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure accurate and reliable datasetsDevelop and maintain technical documentation for data workflows and architectureCollaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to support data-driven projectsRequirements for the role At least +3 years as a Data EngineerStrong experience in building data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric or similar toolsProficiency in SQL and experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, or equivalent technologiesKnowledge of ETL/ELT processes and best practices for data integrationExperience with programming languages such as Python, R, or ScalaFamiliarity with cloud platforms, particularly AzureUnderstanding of data modelling techniques and database design principlesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailFluency in English is mandatoryFluency in French, German or Luxembourgish is a plusMust be a Portuguese or European citizen OR have a work permit for PortugalWhat we offer at Keyrus Portugal: Competitive salary based on your skills & experience and according to the Data market practiceMeal allowance of €8.32 per dayFlexible benefits optionPrivate Medical Insurance22 days of annual leave (increasing every 3 years up to a maximum of 25 days)Training Program through KLX (Keyrus Learning Experience) PlatformWhy Keyrus?
