We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer for the growing BI solution in the real estate industry. You will be involved in the design and development of complex BI applications, creating efficient and performant data pipelines grounded in strong data modeling. Requirements 2+ years of Data Engineer experience; Strong knowledge of SQL; Experience in ETL/ELT processes design, development, and maintenance; Experience in DWH modeling and Data Mart design; Experience with ETL/Orchestration platforms and tools (ADF preferred, SSIS, Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, Talend, etc.); Experience with at least one RDBMS (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2); Experience with cloud solutions and services (Microsoft Azure preferred); Experience with at least one VCS (Git, SVN, etc.); Experience with programming languages (Python, C#, Java); Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process; Upper-Intermediate or above level of English. Nice to have Experience with Cloud DWH solutions (e.G. Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Snowflake); Experience with RDBMS administration tasks (installation, configuration, monitoring, backup, etc.); Experience with BI visualization tools (e.G. Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or Qlik); Experience with NoSQL databases (Mongo, Cassandra, etc.); Experience with unit and integration testing.
