We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Engineer to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in implementing data solutions that underpin our business goals and facilitate data-informed decision-making processes.
What will be your responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, transform, and load structured and unstructured data from various sources into data lakes and data warehouses;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for data integration, storage, and analysis;Optimize data infrastructure and architecture for performance, scalability, and reliability, leveraging cloud-based technologies;Implement data governance, data quality, and data security best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and privacy compliance;Work closely with data scientists and analysts to provide them with clean, reliable, and well-structured datasets for analysis and modeling purposes;Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and systems to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring high availability and uptime;Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in data engineering, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve our data infrastructure and processes;Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data engineering processes, data models, and systems.
