JOB DETAILS: Location: Portugal (Portuguese residency required) Work Model: Remote DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES: As a Data Architect at Top Sigma , you will: Proven track record in designing scalable, highly-performant, and resilient global solutions.
Experience with cloud technology, cloud architecture, scalable design patterns, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, and microservices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to design innovative solutions.
Familiarity with SAAS implementation and integration.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to develop and optimize data pipelines.
Create and maintain scalable data models and structures.
Utilize Python and SQL to manage and manipulate large datasets.
Leverage AWS services to build and maintain cloud-based data solutions.
Employ DBT for efficient data transformation and modeling.
Implement and optimize solutions using Databricks and Spark for large-scale data processing.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
At least 2 years of experience as a Data Architect .
Proficiency in data warehousing concepts and multidimensional data modeling techniques.
Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data privacy regulations.
Proven ability to work autonomously and lead data architecture projects.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL .
Extensive experience with AWS cloud services.
Proficiency in DBT for data transformation.
Solid understanding of data modeling principles and techniques.
Hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark for data processing.
