Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on using PowerBI and Microstrategy. As a Data Analyst Senior, you will play a key role in helping our clients make data-driven decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports using PowerBI and Microstrategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Identify trends and insights in data to support business decisions
- Perform data cleansing and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools
- Mentor and train junior data analysts on best practices and techniques
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on PowerBI and Microstrategy
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions
