Job Description Within the IT department of Natixis BPCE-SI, in Distribution et Data, within the Data Team Context: Natixis is the corporate bank, of management, insurance and financial services of the Group BPCE, the second bank player in France with 36 million customers through its two networks, Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Epargne.
With more than 16 000 employees, Natixis intervenes in three fields of activity within which she(it) has strong business expertises:the Bank of Big Customers, the Savings and the Insurance and Specialized financial services.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team.
A strong background in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization is required.
Work closely with various departments to gather data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Management: Gather and clean data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external APIs.
Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
Use statistical techniques to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
Prepare visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate complex data in an understandable format.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and provide support.
Collaborate with data engineers and other IT staff to improve data collection and processing methods.
Business Insights: Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive business strategies and improve performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress towards goals.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling techniques is a plus.
