CHALLENGE
As a Data Analyst, you will play a central role in supporting strategic planning and improving business analysis, predicting outcomes, and understanding complex data relationships.
Work closely with business users to understand the questions they want to answer with data, propose and design possible solutions, and work together with other teams to implement those solutions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and execute data analysis to make recommendations to support decision making.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and complete full cycle analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations.
Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale, define business priorities, and provide valuable information to stakeholders and leadership.
Verify and validate data accuracy and reports to maintain high quality standards.
Optimize internal business processes to increase operational efficiency across all platforms.
Contribute to building a strong data-driven culture.
PROFILE
Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent fields of study.
A professional with +3 years of experience in data analytics.
Interest and experience in data, metrics, analysis, and trends, along with applied knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation.
Experienced in leveraging data and analytics to solve real-world problems and create new solutions, requiring a strong understanding of business processes and data flows.
Experience with Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
Familiarity with Python to the extent of delivering the same analysis you could do in SQL and a BI tool; knowledge of algorithms in retail is a nice-to-have.
An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
