The successful candidate will be pivotal in transforming raw data into new insights, enabling informed decision-making across the organization, specifically focusing on building, maintaining, and improving data models and business reports. We are looking for someone with a business-oriented mindset, able to adapt to different business realities and provide solutions to several customer lifecycle scenarios.
Academic Background Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Management, Engineering or similar.
Technical Skills: SQL, Python, Power BI.
How You Will Make An Impact Transform raw data into structured information, analyze data to drive strategic decisions, enhance analytical and reporting functions, and supervise performance and quality assurance processes.
Data Source Integration:Establish connections to various data sources, including databases, monitoring tools, CRM systems, and cloud platforms using API or custom connectors.Configure API connections to extract, transform, and load data from external sources into internal databases.Experience setting up, building, and maintaining production data pipelines.Data Modeling and Transformation:Design and implement robust data models to support analytical reporting requirements.Utilize Power Query and M language to perform data transformations, cleansing, and enrichment.Understanding and experience in developing Descriptive, Prescriptive, and Predictive models.Data Visualization and Analysis:Developing datasets through ETL processes and ensuring they are clean, accurate, and ready for analysis.Translate complex data sets into clear, concise visualizations to communicate insights effectively.Design and build interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards, namely in Power BI.Advanced Skills:Implementing appropriate role-based access controls and data protection measures.Write and optimize complex DAX queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis.Develop automated workflows and macros to streamline data management and processing tasks.
