Your day at Ferring: Design and deploy robust dashboards to track sales performance, customer insights, and marketing metrics such as market share, brand visibility, market presence, etc. in the commercial area, but also in other functions of business operations. Communicate with and manage stakeholders to align the deployment with business objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders in franchises, functions, and affiliates to gather requirements for the KPIs and to determine the dashboard needs. Ensure the KPIs for commercial business are well captured and defined. Ensure they can be delivered based on the data and the systems available across the global reach. Implement data visualization best practices to create user-friendly and insightful dashboards on global, franchise, and regional levels, exploring localization of global KPIs with key countries. Monitor and analyze dashboard data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Synthesize the key insights and discuss with stakeholders. Train and support team members on how to use and interpret the dashboard data if required. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security with the dashboard systems and distribution. Continuously optimize and enhance dashboards based on feedback and changing needs in the commercial organization. Plan and oversee the implementation of dashboards with the current CRM. Define the respective requirements, configurations, workflows, processes in collaboration with key business partners. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in data visualization and dashboard tools. Behind our innovation… There's you 5+ years in data analytics, sales force effectiveness, CRM, or digital area, ideally within the healthcare or a similar industry (consulting, financial or IT services). A degree (or equivalent) in marketing, engineering, IT, or similar area is required. IDM or CIM certified ideal. MBA a strong plus. Proven track record of analytical skills and data visualization: proficient in analyzing and interpreting CRM data to create meaningful dashboards as well as the ability to present data in a visually appealing and understandable format. Clear understanding of the limited data availability in the pharmaceutical industry and mindset to deal with this ambiguity. Willingness to also "roll-up the sleeves" and get things done. Technical proficiency and knowledge of dashboard tools to design, develop, and maintain dashboards. Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data and insights to stakeholders. Problem-solving capabilities to identify and address data-related challenges, systems-related limitations, and respective impact on dashboard performance. Communication skills to manage various stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Listening skills to understand the needs of the commercial stakeholders. Strong commitment to deliver on time and with the right quality. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a changing environment.
