We are seeking top professionals to fill the role of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV Functional Consultant. You will be working with recent technologies in a strong team of professionals.
Role Description:
You'll be a functional expert developing specifications for implementation, configuration, and enhancements of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role is connected with AppSource publications and close cooperation with ISVs. As a member of the Ciellos consulting team, you will lead projects and focus on the implementation and delivery of D365 BC/NAV software applications. The ability to manage projects from inception to customer signoff and meet aggressive project milestones is mandatory. This position will also engage in business analysis, scope of work and requirements definition, project estimating, solution design, and product demonstrations. Extensive knowledge and functional understanding of the D365 BC/NAV product are required.
Responsibilities:
Manage ERP software implementation projects (participate in discovery, design, system configuration, training, UAT, deployment, and Go-live support).
Understand customer user and system requirements and identify specific enhancement customizations if necessary.
Document business requirements, Fit & Gaps, and functional specifications.
Manage customer expectations and project deliverables, and provide great customer service.
Provide functional support for the project life cycle.
Work with developers during the development and testing phases.
Configure Dynamics BC/NAV application for the customer environment.
Draft user documentation.
Train users when applicable.
Conduct solution demos.
Consult customers on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
End customer implementation experience.
Deep understanding of NAV/D365 BC functionality and business processes.
Solution and integrations designing experience.
Experience in working in a client facing environment and resolving escalations when needed.
Customer support experience.
English knowledge at Upper Intermediate/Advanced level.
D365 BC Certifications as a plus.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
