With their team of 9,000 employees, from 82 nationalities, they provide services in 35 languages for 64 markets.Our client has been recognized eight times as the best company to work for in Portugal by the Great Place to Work Institute and has also been awarded four times by Exame Magazine as one of the best companies in the country and the best in their sector, with plenty of growth opportunities.The position of Technical Support is for a leading American technology company that specializes in developing, manufacturing, licensing, supporting, and selling computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and various services.Your Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional technical support to our Enterprise customers, encompassing problem identification, investigation, and resolution via phone and web-based channels.Take ownership of new cases and escalations, proactively addressing customer satisfaction concerns.Assist Enterprise customers, partners, and fellow engineers.Define the scope of customer issues and support boundaries by gathering relevant information.Conduct thorough research to investigate problems, collaborating with other teams as needed.Escalate issues to management when appropriate, acting as a customer advocate, and keeping customers informed.Collaborate with management and engineering to address service issues, produce bug fixes, and develop test cases as needed.Ensure that each support request adheres to our clients' Service Level Agreement (SLA) and achieves high customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering on commitments.Requirements:Fluent in written and verbal communication in Czech and a good command of English (B2 Level).Willingness to start an international experience - work abroad.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team spirit.Strong knowledge of Office 365 in an Enterprise environment, particularly Exchange Online.The ideal candidate has also:Foundational knowledge of Networking, Protocols, Authentication (Basic, Kerberos, NTLM), and PowerShell.Experience with Office 365 Directory Synchronization tool (DirSync) and Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect tool (AD Connect).Experience with DNS - Types of records, record creation, DNS management, and troubleshooting.Experience reading network captures/analysis.Experience with Active Directory - FSMO Roles, Active Directory Domains and Trusts, Active Directory Sites and Services.Offer:Relocation package:Accommodation option in a shared apartment with your own room (all expenses covered including cleaning)
