We're seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Architect for a leading international company in renewable energy, to strengthen their global team and drive strategic projects across Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Architecture & Engineering, and Security domains.
Key Responsibilities Lead the selection and implementation of new security products and solutions, including vendor management through RFPs.
Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in collaboration with the Security team to evaluate and validate solutions.
Manage project delivery from vendors, ensuring milestones, budget, and quality standards are consistently met.
Act as the key liaison between Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Architecture, and Security teams to understand requirements and align technical implementations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing expectations and defining action plans for project delivery.
Address the challenges of implementation feasibility, providing clear and transparent communication around risks, limitations, and alternative solutions.
Utilize deep knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) environments (factories, industrial networks, etc.)
to drive security solutions tailored to these systems.
Work closely with the Architecture & Engineering team to design and oversee the implementation of OT security solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with OT infrastructures while ensuring compliance with security standards and frameworks.
Requirements Deep knowledge and experience in Operational Technology (OT) environments, with a focus on industrial networks, factories, and critical infrastructure.
Proven experience in managing technical projects from inception to delivery, including vendor management, RFPs, and PoC execution.
Strong background in implementing security solutions, ensuring quality, milestones, and budget objectives are achieved.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and communicate technical complexities to non-technical audiences.
Ability to define implementation plans, assess risks, and propose alternatives for non-feasible solutions.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, particularly across GRC, Security, and Architecture domains.
