Project Description:
In this project, you will be involved in the European stock market area and work for a leading global trading platform that prioritizes surveillance issues. You will join a multicultural team spread across various European cities, with the development center in Porto and administrative support in Lisbon.

We are looking for a CyberSecurity Team Coordinator:
Location: Porto (hybrid model)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Years of experience in a similar role within an Information Security or IT environment.

Proficiency in JIRA and experience with Kanban Boards for task management and tracking.

Excellent communication skills: Ability to extract information from team members and convey technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Strong organizational skills: Focus on maintaining work organization and meeting deadlines with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and have a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

High level of assertiveness: Interact confidently with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.

Previous experience in the financial industry or a regulated environment is advantageous (nice to have).

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Tech Lead to prioritize and assign tasks.

Monitor and track task progress using JIRA and Kanban Boards.

Facilitate communication within the team.

Liaise between the Offensive Security Team and other departments or stakeholders.

Assist in the development and maintenance of team processes and documentation.

Provide support to team members, help resolve issues, and ensure project success.

Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Maintain a strong understanding of IT concepts to effectively communicate within the team.
