Also in 2022, we were certified as a Great Place to Work.In Portugal, we partner with over 120 clients and a team of over 500 people, working in projects for industries as diverse as banking, insurance, transportation, aviation, energy, and telecom.Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.Job DescriptionWithin IT Group Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department, you will be part of the Group Cyber Program team partially located In Portugal.You will play a key role to develop Portugal platform, ensuring core Cyber Security activities are performed by all the entities of the Group in compliance to the Group Cyber security and IT Risk framework enabling the adequate protection.Main Tasks:Deploy the maturity evaluation process on the entities of your perimeterHelp the entities understand the requirements and delivers the required evidencesEvaluate the entities evidences submission in coherence with the assessments of the other entitiesCommunicate and inform the entities of all changes impacting themFacilitate the relationship between the Group IT providers and the entitiesDocument the results of the assessments answering the reporting requested by the Governance of the programDevelop internal projects to enhance the Cyber Program evaluation processQualificationsTechnical Skills:Knowledge within following topics would be appreciated:IT Continuity and Backups Management (including DORA requirements)Cryptography (key management, certificate management, CKMS…)Network security (micro segmentation, hardening network architectural…)Knowledge of a standard framework (NIST or equivalent)General knowledge of IT and IT security, key related processes and regulatory frameworkRisk Knowledge & AwarenessLanguage Skills:English - FluentFrench – Nice to haveSoft Skills:Ability to collaborate / TeamworkAttention to detail/rigourAbility to synthetize / simplifyProactivityCritical ThinkingAdditional InformationHybrid working model in Lisbon.
