YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coordinator to lead a Blue Team in continuous cybersecurity operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily activities, ensure swift incident response, and improve security monitoring and threat detection processes.
Manage and coordinate daily activities of the Blue Team.
Supervise security incident response, ensuring rapid and effective response times.
Implement and enhance security monitoring and threat detection processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive security operations.
Ensure compliance with security policies and applicable regulations.
Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to security operations.
Develop and maintain Use Cases.
Oversee the lifecycle management of Use Cases.
YOUR PROFILE
Proven experience in cybersecurity or security operations management.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and incident response techniques.
Experience/ability to create and manage team schedules, ensuring full shift coverage.
