Cyber Resilience Specialist
About your future Team
The Cyber Resilience professional will work closely with the Head of OT Cyber Resilience and the rest of the team towards fostering Galp's Cyber Resilience in all Galp's Industrial sites, supporting the business unit teams enhance the security and resilience of OT environments, safeguarding critical infrastructures and industrial processes from cyber threats while maintaining operational continuity.
What will your day-to-day look like
Participate in the design of security architecture for OT environments;
Design and implement security monitoring for OT environments;
Contribute to the creation of playbooks to respond to specific incidents for OT;
Support technical and business stakeholders in the development and implementation of infrastructure and associated procedures and standards;
Participate in IT / OT assessments in critical infrastructures, identifying risks and providing recommendations;
Review security solutions and existing procedures, helping to assess their robustness and improvement;
Facilitate support between the operational teams and the main suppliers;
Partner with technical and operational teams to design, implement, monitor, and maintain security tools in the industrial sites;
Daily in-depth/technical analysis and investigation of cyber security events of interests relating to OT and IT environments;
Recommend necessary corrective actions and provide recommendations to effectively manage risk.
What makes you unique
3-6 years of cybersecurity experience;
Knowledge of ISA 62243, IEC 27001, NIST SP 800, NIST CSF, NERC CIP;
Understands threat landscape of network-connected ICS technology;
Excellent communications skills to work effectively with all levels of IT and engineering;
Experience securing cross-domain IT/OT communications and pathways to/from Business Networks, third parties, and wide area ICS/OT networks;
Intermediate Networking skills including the ability to troubleshoot all layers of OSI model (cabling to application protocols);
Experience in troubleshooting system integration issues and working with security, network, and ICS technologies to implement secure solutions.
