What you'll need Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in German; Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2); Experience in TechnicalSupport (1 year minimum); Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills; Excellent communicationand good argumentation skills; Ability to solve technical issues creatively; Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers; Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
