Customer Support With Turkish

You will be providing services for Turkish-speaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company.Your tasks:Clarifying any product information;Answering questions and requests by chat and phone;Helping in subjects such as: Payment, Refunds, Financing, Shipping, Delivery and Pickup, Returns and Exchanges;Help solve any type of problems ensuring a swift and fast resolution.What you need:Fluency in Turkish (must be at least C1);Fluent in English (at least C1);Nice to have previous Customer Support experience.What we offer:Salary without accommodation: 1411€ gross / month;Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon): 1119€ gross / month;Remote work in Lisbon!Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer;Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal);Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).Relocation package:Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration;Free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, cooking lessons and much more!
