Customer Support With Turkish

You will be providing services for Turkish-speaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company.
Your tasks: Clarifying any product information; Answering questions and requests by chat and phone; Helping in subjects such as: Payment, Refunds, Financing, Shipping, Delivery and Pickup, Returns and Exchanges Help solve any type of problems insuring a swift and fast resolution.
Requisitos Requirements What you need: Fluency in Turkish (must be at least C1) Fluent in English (at least C1) Nice to have previous Customer Support experience Vantagens Benefits What we offer: Salary without accommodation: 1411€ gross / month Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1119€ gross / month Remote work in Lisbon!
