Location: Oriente – Lisbon
Company: American IT company. Its flagship product is their search engine, and its declared mission - "to organize the world's information resources so that they become widely available and useful for everyone." We are looking for Italian speaking employees for our team in Lisbon to support our customers.

Your tasks:

Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels.
Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels.
Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues to higher tiers of support as defined.
Document relevant case information for inbound customer requests.

Our expectations:

You speak Italian proficiently.
You speak English (B2).
You are living in Lisbon or ready to move there.
You enjoy interacting with people.

We offer:

Full-time employment, 6 months fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
Working schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m (Rotational), Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Days off: 2 days rotational.
Online hiring process.
Competitive salary and bonus system: 900 € gross x 14 months, up to 100€ complexity bonus x 11 months, and 120€ performance bonus x 12 months + Meal allowance 7.23 € NET per day + Transport allowance 20€ per month.
