Project starts on 11.09.2024 Your tasks: Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels (as assigned) Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets Our expectations: You speak Italian proficiently You speak English (B2) You enjoy interacting with people We offer: Full-time employment, 6 months fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension Working schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.M to 7:00 p.M (Rotational shifts).
