Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support to clients in both German and English.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve processes and products.
Assist in creating and maintaining FAQ and help guides for customers.
What We're Looking For:
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Empathy and Patience: Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with understanding and patience.
Language Skills: Minimum C1 level in German + English.
Other Requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, and either an EU passport/ID or a Portuguese residence card.

Contract Details:
Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day plus a lunch break), Monday to Friday.
Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension and a permanent contract after 2 years.
Training: Paid training period of approximately 10 days.
