You will be part of an extremely motivated team in fantastic Lisbon! We are looking for reinforcements in the form of German-speaking employees for our team in Lisbon. Project starts on 02.10.2024 Your tasks: Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels (as assigned). Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets. Our expectations: German proficiency. English (B2). Enjoy interacting with people. We offer: Full-time employment, permanent contract with 3 months trial. Working schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.M to 7:00 p.M (Rotational shifts). Days off: Weekends. Online hiring process. Competitive salary and bonus system: 1,100 € gross x 14 months up to 100 € performance bonus x 12 months + Meal allowance 7.23 € NET per day + Transport allowance 20 € per month.
