We are looking for reinforcements in the form of German-speaking employees for our team in Lisbon.Project starts on 02.10.2024Your tasks:Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels (as assigned).Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.Our expectations:German proficiency.English (B2).Enjoy interacting with people.We offer:Full-time employment, permanent contract with 3 months trial.Working schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.M to 7:00 p.M (Rotational shifts).
