American IT company. Its flagship product is their search engine, and its declared mission is "to organize the world's information resources so that they become widely available and useful for everyone." We are looking for French speaking employees for our team in Lisbon to support our customers.
Project starts 11.09.2024 !
Your tasks:

Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels.
Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public channels.
Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues to higher tiers of support as defined.
Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information.

Our expectations:

You speak French with proficiency.
You speak English at B2 level.
You are living in Lisbon or ready to move there.
You enjoy interacting with people.

We offer:

Full-time employment, 6 months fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
Working schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m (Rotational), Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m, with 2 days off rotational.
Online hiring process.
Competitive salary and bonus system: 895 € gross x 14 months, up to 95€ complexity bonus x 11 months, and 120€ performance bonus x 12 months, plus meal allowance of 7.23 € NET per day and transport allowance of 20€ per month.
Health Insurance from day 1.

Flight ticket reimbursement after 6 months.
Possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment.
