Your main responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist: Listen to customers' questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;Offer the most complete and qualitative answers by handling level 1 customer requests by telephone.Ensure follow-up of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with in-house teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes.Handling calls, emails, chats and back-office tasks.Requirements: Fluency in French language (must be at least C2)You live in Braga or you are ready to relocateAbility to communicate clearly and effectivelyWhat you will gain: Full time contractBase salary x 14 months or x 12 monthsPerformance BonusMeal Allowance (net) 7.23€ per dayComplexity bonusTransportation bonusHealth Insurance Since day 1 (free after 6 months)Apply today by submitting your CV, including your full name, contact information, and email address.
