Customer Support With French And English For Lighting Leader

Location: Oriente – Lisbon
Company: The world leader in lighting for professionals and consumers and lighting for the Internet of Things. You will be part of an extremely motivated team in fantastic Lisbon! We are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking employees for our team in Lisbon.

Your tasks:

Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels (as assigned)
Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets

French proficiency
English (B2)

We offer:

Full-time employment, 6 months fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension
Working schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m (Rotational shifts). Days off: Weekends

Competitive salary and bonus system: 895 € gross x 14 months up to 100€ performance bonus x 12 months + Meal allowance 7.23 € NET per day + Transport allowance 20€ per month
