Customer Support With French And English For Hotel Purchasing Department (Hybrid Work)

Location: Oriente – Lisbon
Company: Hotel supplier leader providing products necessary for the proper functioning of hotels, such as goodies, household products, crockery, bed linens, mattress sheets, and branded pens. We are looking for French-speaking employees to join our team in Lisbon.
Project starts on: 04.09.2024
Your tasks:

Provide technical support for various issues, including platform connectivity, product purchases, and sales listings.
Assist suppliers with price changes or new product listings.
Help hoteliers find suppliers available for urgent product deliveries.

Our expectations:

Fluency in French
Proficiency in English (B2)
Enjoy interacting with people

We offer:

Full-time employment: 6 months fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
Hybrid working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (2 days in the office + 3 days at home after 6 weeks mandatory on-site).
Online hiring process
Competitive salary and bonus system: 895 € gross x 14 months, up to 75€ complexity bonus x 11 months, and 150€ performance bonus x 12 months + Meal allowance of 7.23 € NET per day + Transport allowance of 20€ per month.
Health Insurance after 6 months.
