You will be handling customer interactions through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat in both Portuguese and English.
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Assist customers with product information, account management, and general inquiries.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately using CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
Provide feedback to management to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product features and company policies to offer the best support.

Qualifications Required:

Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in a customer support or call center role.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
