Customer Support Specialist, Norwegian Speaker (Work From Home!)

We're looking for Norwegian speaking Customer Support professionals to join our client's team in the beautiful Portugal!

Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues;

Be the owner of the customer query and ensuring a timely resolution and response;

What we're looking for:

Norwegian C2 level.
English C1 level.
Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
EU Citizenship, Portuguese residence, or Manifest of interest.
