Customer Support Specialist (Native Spanish)

Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
Resolve issues related to products or services promptly and professionally.
Provide clear information about company features, pricing, and policies.
Record interactions and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM system.
Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: Native Spanish speaker with good English proficiency (B2 or higher).
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Basic proficiency in using technology tools and CRM systems.
