Customer Support Specialist, Italian Speaker

We're looking for Italian speaking Customer Support professionals to join our client's team in the beautiful Portugal!

Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues;
Give accurate, valid and complete information by using the right procedures;
Be the owner of the customer query and ensuring a timely resolution and response;
Build meaningful relationships, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner;

What we're looking for:

Italian C2 level.
English B2 level.
Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices.
Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
EU Citizenship or Portuguese residence.
