Position: Customer Support Specialist Location: Porto, Portugal Schedule: Days: Monday to Saturday (rotating shifts)Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Role Overview: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support across various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and more.
Language Requirements: Native French speaker or C2 proficiency level in French Compensation and Benefits: Monthly Salary Base (x14): 930 EUR, 13 020 EUR grossMeal Allowance: 9 EUR per day, 2 376 EUR annuallyPerformance Bonus (x12): 100 EUR (first three months, then performance-based)Private Medical Insurance: Provided after 4 monthsTransportation Reimbursement: Up to 40 EUR monthly, 480 EUR annually Responsibilities: Receive Incoming Calls: Assist Telecom customers via inbound calls.Provide Solutions: Offer personalized solutions and advice to customers based on their needs.Embrace Company Culture: Live and share the company's culture with colleagues daily. Requirements: Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of telecommunications products/services preferred.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends.
