To uphold their award-winning standards, they're seeking individuals driven by genuine passion.Responsibilities:Ensure high-resolution rates and customer satisfaction with expert knowledge (high FCR rate).Handle customer inquiries via phone in German.Foster customer loyalty through exceptional service.Manage inbound customer calls.Advise customers on service offerings.Enhance customer experience through added value.Communicate effectively, prioritizing both quality and efficiency.Manage administrative tasks related to changes, invoicing (including collections), and complaints.Skills:Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills and empathy.Solution-oriented mindset.Basic call center knowledge and experience.Commitment to long-term projects.Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in PC skills.What We Offer:Contract: Permanent with a 180-day probation period.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:15 PM - rotational shifts including bank holidays (50% bonus + compensation) - 8 hours/day shifts.Training: Comprehensive one-month training from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.Salary: Starting gross salary of €850/month (x14 payments).Performance Bonus: Up to €360/month (x12 payments).Language Allowance: €150 for English and €400 for German per month (x13 payments).Meal Allowance: €9.60 per day worked (x11 months).Assiduity Allowance: €90/month (x11 payments) - subject to adherence to attendance and performance standards.Flex Work Allowance: €60/month (x11 payments).Health Insurance: Coverage starting from the 3rd month.Interested in this opportunity?
