Help users get the hang of game or app mechanics (no voice calls, only written messages);
Solve user issues timely and efficiently;
Respond to user reviews in mobiles stores (App Store / Google Play).
What kind of professional are we looking for? You have a good grasp of written English (B2 / Upper-Intermediate);
You can express your thoughts clearly and be persuasive in Russian and English;
You are tech-savvy and good with MS Office, various messengers, Google services, etc.;
You are attentive to detail, resilient, and can process a large amount of data;
You are keen to learn, improve your skills, and share your knowledge with others.
You are ready to do a small test assignment.
