The core of the company is our mission to help people get a great job abroad and to feel safe in their transition to a life in a new country.The RoleYour daily work will include tasks like these:Assist customers of a video streaming platform using multiple channels as assigned depending on the need (incoming telephone calls, emails and chat)Identify issues the clients are facing, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, guide customers within the time limitsUse cheat sheets, guides and protocols provided during the trainingEnsure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer supportIdentify when the issue should be re-assigned to another departmentCollaborate with other agents or teams in case of more complex casesDocument each action taken in a CRM system in detail.Ideal ProfileYou speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not a must.You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
