Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Porto, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide optimal advice regarding various client queries related to cosmetic products
Respond to customers queries in timely and efficient manner
Provide clear information about products and service
Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand
Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in Pashto, both verbal and written
Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
At least 6 months experience in Customer service roles will be considered as an advantage
Knowledge of Banking industry will be considered as an advantage
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Excellent communication skills with solid negotiating skills
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
Has to be eligible to work in Portugal. (EU passport or residence card)
